* 💵 Salary: USD 500–600 per month

* 🍱 Food Allowance: MVR 1,850 per month (approx. USD 120)

* 🚌 Transport: No transport charge in Male', Maldives

🕐 WORKING DETAILS

🔧 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Service, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair VRV/VRF and Split AC systems

* Perform preventive and corrective HVAC maintenance

* Diagnose electrical, mechanical, refrigerant, and control-system faults

* Install, commission, and test Split AC units

* Perform refrigerant charging, leak detection, and pressure testing

* Replace defective components such as compressors, fan motors, PCB boards, sensors, and contactors

* Read and interpret wiring diagrams, HVAC drawings, and technical manuals

* Respond to emergency breakdowns and provide timely technical support

* Maintain accurate service and maintenance records

🎓 REQUIREMENTS

* Diploma, Certificate, or Technical Qualification in HVAC / Refrigeration / Air Conditioning or a related field

* Minimum 3 years of relevant experience

* Proven experience with VRV/VRF and Split AC systems

* Good knowledge of refrigeration cycles, electrical systems, and HVAC controls

* Ability to use gauges, vacuum pumps, recovery machines, and diagnostic equipment

* Knowledge of safe refrigerant handling procedures

* Ability to read electrical schematics and technical documentation

* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

* Good communication and customer service skills

⭐ PREFERRED

* Experience with Daikin, Mitsubishi Electric, LG, Samsung, or Carrier

* Knowledge of BMS (Building Management Systems)

* Experience in commercial and residential HVAC projects

* Valid driving license is preferred
