Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and accurately record all incoming deliveries, verifying against purchase orders.
• Organize and store inventory in designated locations, ensuring proper rotation and accessibility.
• Maintain precise stock records through manual and digital systems, conducting regular physical counts.
• Issue goods and supplies to various departments upon approved requisitions, maintaining clear documentation.
• Monitor stock levels, report discrepancies, and assist in preparing orders to prevent shortages or overstocking.
• Ensure the cleanliness, safety, and security of the store area at all times.
