Call Center Executive - Sales

We are looking for a confident, target-driven Call Centre Executive – Sales to join the Sales Capital team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound sales calls, identifying customer needs, presenting suitable solutions and converting leads into successful sales.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls professionally.
• Contact potential customers and convert qualified leads into sales.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
• Consistently work towards individual and team sales targets.
• Follow up with potential customers and maintain an active sales pipeline.
• Maintain a high standard of customer service throughout the sales process.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years of Sales experience.
• Strong verbal communication in Sinhala, Tamil and English (just Sinhala is also acceptable).
• Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.
• Target-oriented with a strong sales mindset.
