Cashier

We are seeking a diligent and customer-focused Cashier to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing transactions accurately, managing cash flow, and providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a smooth and efficient check-out experience within our hospitality environment.

Location: Aura Lounge Restaurant & Hostel, Udawalawa, Sri Lanka

Responsibilities

• Process all cash, credit, and other financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Reconcile daily cash receipts and ensure all transactions balance at the end of each shift.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to all company policies and procedures.
• Provide friendly and efficient service, resolving customer inquiries and issues promptly.
• Prepare daily reports of transactions and maintain proper documentation.
• Handle foreign currency exchange for international guests as required.
