Responsibilities

• Assist senior chefs in the preparation and cooking of various dishes.
• Ensure all food items are prepared according to recipes, portion sizes, and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic work station at all times.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with proper storage and rotation of ingredients.
• Adhere strictly to food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Support the overall kitchen operations, including mise en place and dish washing as required.
