Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain robust cost control systems for food & beverage and other operational departments.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and reconciliations for all goods, identifying discrepancies and areas for improvement.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly cost reports, providing insights into revenue and expenditure trends.
• Monitor and analyze purchasing activities, ensuring compliance with budgetary limits and procurement policies.
• Collaborate with department heads to develop and manage budgets, offering guidance on cost-saving initiatives.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and performance analysis.
