Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor truck fleet movements via CCTV, tracking systems, and monitoring platforms
• Observe driver and vehicle activities, identifying unusual or risky incidents
• Detect delays, route deviations, accidents, breakdowns, or other issues promptly
• Record and document incidents with accurate details
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly fleet monitoring reports
• Analyze operational data to highlight trends, recurring issues, and exceptions
• Escalate incidents to relevant teams or management in a timely manner
• Maintain accurate records of fleet activities, incidents, and follow‑ups
• Coordinate with drivers, transport teams, and stakeholders when required
• Ensure monitoring and reporting activities are completed accurately and on time
• Support management with operational data and analysis to improve efficiency and safety

Qualifications & Experience:

• 1–2 years’ experience in fleet monitoring, transport operations, logistics, or control room operations
• Strong MS Excel skills for data analysis and reporting
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
• High attention to detail and observation skills
• Ability to identify incidents and act promptly
• Good computer literacy with monitoring/tracking systems
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Willingness to work in a shift‑based environment if required
• Immediate availability preferred
