Our client, a leading apparel retail organization with a strong and expanding market presence, is seeking a strategic and commercially driven Head of Finance to partner closely with the Founder and leadership team.

Qualifications & Experience

✅ CA Sri Lanka / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent

✅ 8–12 years of progressive finance experience

✅ Strong retail experience required; apparel/consumer sector preferred

✅ Experience in growth-stage, multi-site or scale-up environments

✅ Omnichannel exposure across retail and e-commerce is a strong advantage

✅ Exposure to manufacturing finance, transfer pricing and Sri Lankan banking relationships is advantageous
