HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER

Our client, a leading apparel retail organization with a strong and expanding market presence, is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead the people function across its corporate and retail operations.

What we're looking for:

✔️ 5+ years of HR management experience, including 3+ years in a managerial capacity

✔️ Strong experience in high-volume recruitment, employee relations and performance management

✔️ Sound knowledge of Sri Lankan labour law and HR compliance

✔️ Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills

✔️ Experience with HRIS/payroll systems
