Lex Duco is a professional design and build company providing turnkey design and construction services, mainly for the home‑building market. The company also caters to commercial and holiday home projects, which account for about 30% of ongoing work.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or equivalent qualification from a reputed university
• Good knowledge of AutoCAD, Photoshop, and SketchUp
• Basic knowledge of office software
• Ability to coordinate effectively between Chief Architects and site construction teams
• Ability to handle site environments and work independently with minimum supervision
• Age below 30 years
• Immediate recruitment preferred
