Requirements:

• G.C.E. A/L qualification
• Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience
• Diploma in Computer Studies / IT
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Word & Excel)
• Strong communication, coordination, and follow‑up skills
• Good organizational and time‑management abilities
• Professional attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Female candidates below 30 years of age

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Operations Manager with daily operational activities
• Coordinate and follow up with clients, valuers, and relevant parties
• Arrange and monitor site inspections
• Track valuation assignments and report progress
• Follow up on pending documents and information
• Maintain operational records and assist with administrative tasks
• Handle emails, documentation, and routine coordination tasks
