Responsibilities

• Assist chefs and cooks with various food preparation tasks, including washing, peeling, and chopping ingredients.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, including washing dishes, utensils, and equipment.
• Properly organize and store food supplies, ingredients, and kitchenware, ensuring efficient stock rotation.
• Support the culinary team during peak service hours by ensuring workstations are tidy and well-stocked.
• Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations and company policies.
