About the Role:

The Global BPO is seeking talented individuals to join its Credit Processing & Analysis Unit. This vacancy is for the Australian region, with hybrid work arrangements.

Key Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in Australian Mortgage Loan Processing or 2+ years in UK Mortgage Loan Processing
• Hands‑on experience in I‑Outsource system with Sales Tracker 2
• Knowledge of end‑to‑end loan application processing
• Experience in ordering valuations, using Apply Online, and servicing loans
• Ability to communicate effectively with broker teams and relevant departments
