We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager to oversee and optimize our solar energy project lifecycle, from planning to execution. The ideal candidate will drive operational excellence, ensure project profitability, and lead a dedicated team in delivering sustainable energy solutions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end execution of solar energy projects, ensuring timely and budget-compliant completion.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity across project sites.
• Manage logistics for solar equipment and materials.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate operational teams, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes and reduce operational costs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Renewable Energy, or related field).
• A minimum of 3-4 years of progressive experience in operations management, preferably within the solar or Renewable sector.
• Demonstrated expertise in project management methodologies and execution.
• Proven ability to manage projects and multidisciplinary teams effectively.
