Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and responsible Production Supervisor to join our manufacturing team in Horana BOI Zone. The selected candidate will supervise daily production activities, maintain production targets, ensure quality standards, and manage shop floor operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily production operations
• Ensure production targets are achieved on time
• Handle shift operations and workforce management
• Prepare daily production reports
• Coordinate with maintenance and quality departments when required

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Previous supervisory experience is an added advantage
• Ability to work on a shift basis
• Candidates residing close to Horana area preferred
