Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
• Identify new business opportunities and develop client networks
• Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions
• Achieve sales targets and business objectives
• Coordinate between clients and internal teams for smooth service delivery
• Ensure customer satisfaction and long‑term partnerships
• Prepare reports and maintain accurate records
• Work closely with suppliers to ensure timely supply and quality of materials/services
• Evaluate supplier performance and build strong supplier relationships

Supplier Management:

• Identify reliable suppliers and develop strong partnerships
• Negotiate terms, prices, and delivery schedules
• Ensure quality, quantity, and timely delivery of goods and services
• Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues
• Maintain updated supplier database and records
• Coordinate with suppliers for new requirements and urgent orders
• Ensure best value for money and cost efficiency
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement processes

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales or relationship management
• Experience in supplier handling/procurement is an added advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and problem‑solving abilities
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and result‑oriented
• Valid motorcycle license (own vehicle preferred)
