Job Description:

Seeking a passionate Showroom Sales Executive at a leading IT store in Colombo. The role involves assisting customers with gaming PCs, consoles, and hardware, while delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in selecting gaming PCs, consoles, and peripherals
• Provide advice on hardware and troubleshoot issues
• Stay updated on latest gaming technology and industry trends
• Handle client inquiries, complaints, and requests professionally
• Engage clients with fun, interactive conversations
• Work under pressure, multitask, and meet deadlines

Requirements:

• Prior retail sales experience (gaming/tech industry preferred)
• Strong understanding of gaming PCs, consoles, and hardware
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Proficiency in English and Sinhala (Tamil an advantage)
• Residency in Colombo or nearby areas preferred
