Job Vacancy – Sales Executive (Tennis Balls)

Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and results‑driven Sales Executive to promote and grow tennis ball sales across Sri Lanka.

Company Location: Bandaragama

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with sporting goods stores, wholesalers, clubs, schools, and academies
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Conduct market visits and product presentations
• Provide excellent customer service and after‑sales support
• Prepare sales reports and market feedback

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of sales experience (sports industry experience is an advantage)
• GCE A/L or equivalent qualification
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven, able to work independently
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel
• Good knowledge of the sporting goods market in Sri Lanka
• Proficiency in English and Sinhala
