VACANCY – SALES MANAGER

💼 Position: Sales Manager

 A leading printing ink manufacturing and marketing company in Sri Lanka, is seeking a self-motivated, experienced, and detail-oriented Sales Manager to promote and market its range of printing inks and allied products.

 🎯 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

🔹 Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

🔹 Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

🔹 Monitor sales performance and prepare regular sales reports.

🔹 Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial agreements with customers.

🔹 Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer requirements.

🔹 Work closely with the Sales & Marketing team, other departments, and foreign principals.

🔹 Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and client retention.

🔹 Conduct regular customer visits to maintain existing business and pursue new business opportunities.

 👤 IDEAL CANDIDATE

✔️ Bachelor's Degree in Science / Business OR a recognized Sales & Marketing qualification from a professional institution.

✔️ Minimum 3 years of experience in a Sales Manager / similar position.

✔️ Experience in Printing Inks, Paints & Coatings, Chemical, Printing & Packaging industries.

✔️ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

✔️ Ability to collaborate effectively with local and regional teams.

✔️ Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

✔️ Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

✔️ Excellent customer relationship management skills.

✔️ Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
