About the Role:

Our client is seeking an experienced and creative Senior Fashion Designer to lead the design of activewear and lifestyle apparel collections. The role focuses on balancing style, functionality, and performance while staying aligned with contemporary fashion trends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design of innovative activewear and lifestyle collections from concept to final product
• Stay ahead of market trends, consumer preferences, and industry innovations
• Prepare technical packs, sketches, and specifications for production teams
• Source and select fabrics, sustainable materials, and trims aligned with brand vision
• Collaborate with product development, production, marketing, and sales teams
• Mentor junior designers and foster a collaborative creative environment
• Ensure high standards of design quality and consistency across collections

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design
• 8+ years of professional design experience in activewear and lifestyle apparel
• Strong portfolio showcasing performance‑driven and fashion‑forward designs
• Experience with international markets and diverse consumer needs
• Strong knowledge of garment construction, fabric properties, and technical design
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
• Ability to forecast and interpret fashion trends
• Excellent technical drawing and spec sheet preparation skills
• Strong communication and presentation abilities
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate across departments
• Passion for blending style, functionality, and performance in design
