Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ airline ticketing experience
• Strong knowledge of Amadeus GDS (ticket issuance & re‑issuance essential)
• Proficiency in GDS queue handling (Amadeus)
• Knowledge of manual fare calculations & re‑issuance
• Experience in refund processing and BSPlink reconciliation
