Responsibilities

• Manage all incoming and outgoing inventory, ensuring accurate documentation.
• Maintain detailed and up-to-date records of stock movements and levels.
• Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Ensure proper storage, organization, and cleanliness of all store areas.
• Issue supplies and equipment to hotel departments based on approved requisitions.
• Monitor inventory for expiry dates, damage, and quality control.
