Role Overview:

Lead the development of responsive, high‑performance web applications. Architect modern front‑end solutions, mentor engineers, and build intuitive user experiences.

Broad Responsibilities:

• Develop responsive, interactive web applications using React.js and/or Vue.js
• Convert UI/UX designs into reusable front‑end components
• Integrate with backend APIs
• Ensure cross‑browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness
• Optimize for performance, scalability, accessibility, and usability
• Collaborate with backend developers, UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and product teams
• Maintain clean, reusable, and secure code
• Debug and resolve front‑end issues
• Use agentic frameworks / AI‑assisted tools for component generation, refactoring, testing, and documentation
• Review and validate AI‑generated code for correctness, security, and maintainability

Person Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related discipline
• 7+ years industry experience
• Strong leadership and mentoring ability
• Solid knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, responsive design
• REST API integration experience
• Familiarity with state management libraries (Redux, Pinia, Vuex, Context API)
• Knowledge of modern build tools (Vite, Webpack, npm, yarn)
• Experience with agentic frameworks and AI‑assisted workflows
