Job Description
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Monitor and respond to customer service inquiries, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of issues.
- Liaise with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Logistics, Finance) to follow up on customer requests and resolve service‑related problems.
- Coordinate with Airlines and Shipping Lines for smooth operations.
- Prepare weekly reports for management.
Qualifications
- Best results in A/L and Diploma or Degree in Marketing.
- Age between 25–40.
- Participation in “CS Excellence” workshop programs is an added advantage.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a relevant capacity.
- Basic computer handling skills with proficiency in MS Office.
Skills Required
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Familiarity with ERP systems or similar platforms.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
