Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager / Accounts Manager to drive client acquisition, build strong employer relationships, and grow revenue for HotJobs. This role combines new business development with ongoing account management to ensure long-term client success.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new employer clients across multiple industries
- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing client accounts
- Understand client hiring needs and propose tailored recruitment solutions
- Conduct sales presentations and product demos
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet revenue targets
- Ensure client satisfaction through regular follow-ups and support
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to improve offerings
- Track sales pipeline, forecasts, and performance metrics
Requirements
- 3 or more years of experience in business development, sales, or account management
- Experience in recruitment, job portals, or HR tech is a strong advantage
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities
- Self-driven, results-oriented, and proactive
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field
