Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Marketing Coordinator to support day-to-day marketing operations, vendor coordination, digital asset management, social media scheduling, proofreading, and sales coordination activities.
The selected candidate will work closely with the Head of Digital, Sales Director, external vendors, and internal teams to ensure marketing materials, social media content, reports, and sales-related coordination tasks are completed accurately and on time. This role is ideal for an early-career professional with strong communication skills, good attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Coordination & Vendor Management
- Coordinate with external vendors, including designers, printers, media partners, and other service providers.
- Track vendor timelines and follow up on deliverables to ensure deadlines are met.
- Ensure all marketing materials are delivered on time and according to required standards.
- Support smooth communication between internal teams and external vendors.
Digital Asset Management
- Manage and organize all digital assets in a structured and accessible manner.
- Ensure proper file naming, version control, and storage systems are maintained.
- Maintain updated records of creative files, marketing materials, and approved content.
- Support internal teams in accessing required marketing assets when needed.
Social Media & Content Coordination
- Oversee the scheduling and publishing of organic social media content across platforms.
- Ensure content is posted consistently, accurately, and on time.
- Coordinate with relevant teams to collect captions, creatives, and campaign materials.
- Support the Head of Digital with day-to-day digital coordination tasks.
Proofreading & Quality Control
- Proofread marketing materials, including brochures, advertisements, captions, and presentations.
- Check content for grammar, accuracy, formatting, and brand alignment before internal approvals.
- Ensure all marketing communications are clear, professional, and error-free.
- Support quality control of marketing materials before publishing or printing.
Sales Operations & Reporting Support
- Coordinate with the Sales Director to support sales operations and reporting requirements.
- Assist in preparing reports, updates, and documentation related to sales and marketing activities.
- Maintain proper follow-ups on assigned coordination tasks.
- Support cross-functional communication between sales, marketing, and digital teams.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing coordination, digital marketing support, sales coordination, administration, or a relevant field.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in both written and spoken English.
- Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong communication and reporting skills.
- Good organizational and coordination abilities.
- Strong attention to detail, especially in proofreading and file management.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proactive, reliable, and able to work with internal teams and external vendors effectively.
