Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Executive - Lead Generation to support our business growth. This role will play a key part in building a strong sales pipeline by generating high-quality leads and setting up business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential employer leads across target industries
- Build and maintain a database of prospective clients
- Conduct outbound outreach via calls, email, and LinkedIn
- Qualify leads based on hiring needs, company size, and relevance
- Schedule meetings and demos for the Business Development team
- Maintain accurate records of leads and interactions in CRM systems
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align lead generation strategies
- Track and report on lead generation performance and conversion metrics
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in lead generation, sales support, or telesales
- Experience in recruitment, job portals, or B2B sales is an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence in cold calling and outreach
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Target-driven and self-motivated
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field
- Marketing or Sales qualification (e.g., CIM, SLIM) will be an added advantage
