Role Overview:

A dynamic and results-oriented Financial Accountant to lead the accounting team. Ideal for professionals with strong SAP expertise, leadership capability, and a passion for establishing financial accounting systems with controls across multiple business entities.

Key Requirements:

• Fully qualified in ICASL or equivalent professional qualification in Financial Accounting
• Bachelor’s degree (SLQF 5/6) in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or Management
• Minimum 5+ years’ experience as an Accountant in an SAP-based ERP environment
• Strong experience in financial reporting with accurate weekly and monthly reports
• Conceptual knowledge and practical experience in managing transactions and transfer formalities
• Proven leadership capacity to manage a Financial Accounting Team
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and streamline the overall finance function through SAP ERP
• Oversee budgeting and forecasting, inventory, debtors and creditors management
• Ensure tax compliance, banking and payment operations, and cost control
• Deliver effective financial and operational performance across the company
