Finance Manager

We are seeking a highly analytical and experienced Finance Manager to oversee all financial operations. The ideal candidate will provide strategic financial guidance, ensure compliance, and drive fiscal health within our dynamic food supply environment, contributing significantly to our growth and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage all accounting operations including billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, and revenue recognition.
• Prepare and publish timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Coordinate the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances.
• Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
• Ensure compliance with local, regional, and national financial regulations and reporting requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional qualification such as CIMA, ACCA, or CA Sri Lanka.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Proven working experience as a Finance Manager or similar senior role in seafood industry is preferred
• Strong understanding of financial principles, reporting, and statutory compliance.
