Full Stack Developer (7XW679R3)

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Full Stack Developer to develop, maintain, and enhance web applications, internal tools, low-code/no-code platforms, and integrations between internal systems.

The selected candidate will be responsible for handling both front-end and back-end development, building responsive interfaces, developing APIs, managing databases, supporting automation workflows, and collaborating with business users and IT teams to deliver scalable, secure, and user-friendly digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Full Stack Web Development

• Design, develop, and maintain internal web applications.
• Work on both front-end and back-end development tasks.
• Build responsive and user-friendly interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks.
• Develop and maintain server-side logic, APIs, and integrations using Python or similar technologies.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and improve application performance.

Database & Technical Documentation

• Work with databases to store, retrieve, and manage application data.
• Support data handling using SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or similar databases.
• Document technical designs, workflows, system changes, and development updates.
• Ensure applications follow security, scalability, and maintainability best practices.

Collaboration & Solution Delivery

• Collaborate with business users, IT teams, and stakeholders to understand requirements.
• Translate business needs into practical technical solutions.
• Work closely with internal teams to deliver reliable applications and system enhancements.
• Support continuous improvement of internal systems, applications, and solution delivery processes.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Equivalent practical experience may also be considered.
• Minimum 4–5 years of experience in web development, full-stack development, or application integration.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript.
• Experience with HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web design.
• Good experience with Python for back-end development or scripting.
• Understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and web services.
• Experience working with databases such as SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or similar.
• Knowledge of front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Understanding of back-end frameworks such as Flask, Django, FastAPI, or Node.js.
• Experience with Git or other version control tools.
• Good understanding of software development lifecycle principles.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in internal tools, enterprise applications, or solution delivery teams will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud will be preferred.
• Experience with authentication and authorization methods such as OAuth, SSO, or JWT will be an added advantage.
• Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodology will be an added advantage.
• Good understanding of UI/UX design principles will be beneficial.
