We are seeking a dynamic Junior Sales Executive to join our expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive individual to contribute to our growth by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and achieving sales targets within the industrial, manufacturing, and production landscape. We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic and a commitment to excellence, ready to make an impact and develop their sales expertise.
Responsibilities
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through various channels, including cold calling and networking.
- Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and potential new product/service needs.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to clients.
- Negotiate terms and close sales effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience and service delivery.
Qualifications
- Passed G.C.E. A/L examination.
- Prior experience (even internship) in a sales or customer-facing role will be an advantage.
- Excellent command of English language, both written and spoken.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite.
- A valid Sri Lankan riding/driving license.
Additional Advantages
- A bachelor's degree or Diploma Certificate in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
- Previous exposure to the industrial, manufacturing, or production sector.
- Proficiency in Sinhala and Tamil
- Prior experience in field sales activities.
