Laminating Executive / Supervisor / Manager (X9YW688R)

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and technically strong Laminating Executive / Supervisor / Manager to manage lamination operations within a flexible packaging production environment.

The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing the lamination process, ensuring product quality, improving production efficiency, managing shop floor teams, and maintaining safety and operational standards. The final level will be decided based on the candidate's experience and capability.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily lamination operations to meet production targets and quality standards.
• Monitor machine performance, process parameters, material usage, output, and wastage.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and operational procedures.
• Troubleshoot lamination related issues and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality Assurance, Maintenance, and 
• Planning teams to ensure smooth workflow.
• Train, guide, and monitor shop floor personnel to maintain productivity and performance.
• Maintain production records, reports, and process documentation.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency, quality, and operational performance.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 3 to 10 plus years of experience in flexible packaging lamination operations.
• Mandatory hands on experience in the flexible packaging industry.
• Strong knowledge of laminating machines, adhesives, substrates, films, and related production processes.
• Previous experience as a Laminating Executive, Supervisor, Manager, or similar role.
• Good troubleshooting, leadership, and team management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.
• Technical qualification in Printing, Packaging, Engineering, or a related field will be an added advantage.
