Job Description
Procurement Officer/Assistant
Company: Acrus Corporate Management Services (Pvt) Ltd
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, or a related field
- Diploma or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Procurement or Materials Management may be acceptable with prior experience
Experience Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain roles (entry-level acceptable)
- Age preference: 22–30 or 22–35 years
Technical and Soft Skills:
- Strong command of MS Office, particularly Excel
- Experience in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics)
- Proven negotiation skills with suppliers on cost, quality, and delivery timelines
- Analytical ability to manage costs, maintain inventory, and track shipments
- Excellent communication proficiency in English and Sinhala (Tamil is an added asset)
