Locations: Weliweriya, Delgoda, Biyagama, Kaduwela, Wellampitiya, Kotikawatta, Gothatuwa, Kolonnawa, Rajagiriya and Battaramulla
Job Purpose
The Sales Consultant is responsible for identifying prospective customers, understanding client needs, promoting the company’s plantation products and investment opportunities, and assisting customers throughout the sales process while maintaining high levels of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement & Consultation
Identify and contact potential clients and investors.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or investment opportunities.
Conduct consultations and explain company products, services, and benefits clearly.
Sales Process Management
Assist clients throughout the sales process from inquiry to transaction completion.
Prepare sales proposals and maintain proper customer follow-up.
Support the achievement of assigned sales targets and KPIs.
Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with customers.
Provide excellent customer service and after-sales assistance.
Handle customer inquiries and maintain client satisfaction.
Market Awareness & Reporting
Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports.
Support promotional campaigns and marketing activities.
Qualifications & Experience
Passed GCE A/L examination.
Prior experience in sales, finance, insurance, customer service, or marketing will be an added advantage.
Freshers with strong communication and interpersonal skills may also apply.
