Key Responsibilities
Sales Coordination & Order Management
- Coordinate sales orders and ensure all related documentation and communication are handled accurately.
- Support the sales team in managing client requirements, order updates, and follow-up activities.
- Maintain proper records of sales activities, client communication, and order-related information.
- Assist in preparing reports, correspondence, and other sales-related documents.
Business Development & Client Engagement
- Identify new business opportunities and support sales growth initiatives.
- Engage in sales and business development activities to expand market reach.
- Collaborate with international clients, partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth business coordination.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with clients and business contacts.
Market Research & International Coordination
- Conduct market analysis to identify business trends, opportunities, and potential clients.
- Support international business tours and travel arrangements when required.
- Assist in coordinating communication with overseas partners and stakeholders.
- Provide support in gathering market insights and preparing business updates for management.
Administrative & Team Support
Support the sales team with daily administrative tasks and coordination work.
Assist in preparing sales presentations, reports, and client-related documents.
Ensure timely follow-up on assigned tasks and support smooth sales operations.
Work closely with internal departments to ensure effective communication and task completion.
Candidate Profile
- Age below 26 years.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, or a similar discipline is preferred.
- Fresh graduates and undergraduates graduating in 2026 are welcome to apply.
- Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
- Japanese language proficiency at JLPT N2 level or above is required.
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Good sales ability with an interest in business development.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow in a professional working environment.
- Strong coordination, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work with international clients and multicultural business partners.
