Best Care Pet Shop is seeking a passionate and customer‑focused Sales Executive to join our team. You’ll play a key role in driving sales, building customer relationships, and ensuring every pet owner leaves with a smile.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, providing product recommendations based on their pet needs.
• Promote and sell pet food, accessories, grooming products, and healthcare items.
• Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and loyalty.
• Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on new arrivals and promotions.
• Handle billing, cash transactions, and ensure accurate record‑keeping.
• Monitor stock levels, assist with inventory management, and report shortages.
• Ensure the shop floor is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
• Support marketing initiatives such as in‑store promotions and social media campaigns.
• Provide after‑sales support and handle customer queries or complaints professionally.

Key Requirements

• Minimum of GCE A/L qualification; diploma in Sales/Marketing is an advantage.
• 1–2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in pet care or FMCG.
• Passion for pets and basic knowledge of pet care products.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to meet sales targets and work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proficiency in POS systems and MS Office tools.
• Team player with a customer‑focused attitude.
