Sales Executive
Power Hands Plantation
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to join our team, focusing on driving growth and achieving sales targets for our industrial and manufacturing products.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the industrial and manufacturing sectors.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve individual and team targets.
- Prepare and present accurate sales reports and forecasts to management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in sales, preferably within the industrial, manufacturing, or plantation sector.
- Excellent command of English and Sinhala languages, both written and verbal.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Additional Advantages
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
- A valid Sri Lankan driving license and own reliable transport.
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas.
- Certification in sales or advanced negotiation techniques.
