Job Description
Job Purpose
The Sales Executive is responsible for generating sales, acquiring new clients, maintaining customer relationships, and promoting the company’s agricultural products, plantation projects, and investment opportunities to achieve assigned sales targets and business growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition & Sales
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and customer leads.
- Conduct sales presentations and promote company products and investment opportunities.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets and performance goals.
- Negotiate and close sales transactions professionally.
Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and investors.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and after-sales support.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with existing and potential customers.
Market Research & Business Development
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities.
- Participate in exhibitions, trade events, and promotional campaigns.
- Assist in implementing sales and marketing strategies.
Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare regular sales reports and maintain accurate sales records.
- Update customer databases and sales pipelines.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company procedures.
Qualifications & Experience
- Passed GCE A/L examination.
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Management, or related field will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 1 year experience in sales, marketing, finance, insurance, or related sectors preferred.
- Experience in agriculture, plantation, FMCG, or investment sectors will be advantageous.

Working Conditions
Full-time position.
Requires field visits, client meetings, and participation in promotional activities.
