Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results driven Sales Manager, Projects to support business growth through project based sales, customer engagement, and market development within the electronic items industry.
The selected candidate will be responsible for promoting products and services, developing strong relationships with project customers, consultants, architects, and other stakeholders, identifying new business opportunities, and contributing to the overall growth and market presence of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new project sales opportunities within the assigned market.
- Promote electronic items, air conditioning, and refrigeration related solutions to project customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, architects, contractors, and key decision makers.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and product related information to customers.
- Follow up on project leads, quotations, and sales opportunities until successful closure.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handling and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer requirements.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and support overall business growth.
- Maintain professional communication and strong customer relationships.
- Work under pressure while taking initiative to meet project and sales objectives.
Candidate Profile
- Full or part professional qualification in Sales and Marketing.
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in the project sector in a similar capacity.
- Technical knowledge of air conditioning and refrigeration will be an added advantage.
- Exposure to consultants and architects will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication skills with strong leadership qualities.
- Ability to take initiative and work under pressure.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.
- Good customer handling and negotiation skills.
- Preferred age below 40 years.
- Valid driving license is required.
- Self motivated, professional, and target oriented personality.
