Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets and expand customer base.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the industrial and manufacturing sectors.
- Manage and mentor the sales team, providing guidance and support to optimize performance.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adapt sales strategies effectively.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and budgets to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role within the industrial, manufacturing, or plantation sector.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales quotas and managing a sales team.
- Strong understanding of sales performance metrics.
Additional Advantages

- Existing network of contacts within the Sri Lankan industrial and manufacturing sectors.
