Senior Executive/ Assistant Manager Performance Marketing( Y6R33YY9)
Role Overview
We are seeking a highly results-driven and data-oriented Senior Executive/Assistant Manager Performance Marketing to lead paid digital campaigns focused on generating high-quality leads for travel packages and holiday experiences. This role focuses on campaign scaling, lead generation, revenue growth, and performance optimization across major digital platforms within a fast-paced travel environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and scale paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and other relevant platforms with a focus on travel packages
- Drive high-quality inbound inquiries (leads) for holiday packages, ensuring strong conversion potential
- Optimize campaigns continuously to improve cost per lead (CPL), cost per acquisition (CPA), and return on ad spend (ROAS)
- Manage and allocate marketing budgets effectively to maximiserevenue and GP contribution
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure lead quality, conversion tracking, and revenue alignment
- Develop and test audience segments, creatives, and landing pages specifically for travel offerings (destinations, packages, seasonal campaigns)
- Implement and manage tracking tools (pixels, conversion APIs, UTM parameters) to ensure accurate performance measurement
- Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights and weekly performance reports
- Identify new growth opportunities across platforms, markets, and travel segments
- Stay up to date with travel trends, seasonal demand patterns, and platform algorithm changes
Key Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, with mandatory experience in the travel or holiday industry
- Proven track record of generating and scaling qualified leads for travel packages
- Strong expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
- Experience managing large monthly ad budgets and delivering measurable ROI
- Solid understanding of customer journey in travel (inquiry consultation booking)
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into growth strategies
- Experience working closely with sales teams and understanding lead-to-revenue conversion
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and tracking setups
- Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management processes
- Experience in landing page optimisation and conversion rate optimisation (CRO)
- Understanding of seasonality and pricing strategies in the travel industry
