Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated, results driven, and client focused Senior Sales Executive – B2B to support business growth, corporate client acquisition, and long term relationship management.
The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with corporate clients, conducting sales presentations, preparing proposals, following up with prospects, supporting negotiations, and achieving sales targets. This role is ideal for a sales professional with strong B2B sales experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to engage business clients across different industries.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with corporate and B2B clients.
• Generate leads through prospecting, referrals, market research, cold calling, networking, and client engagement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers and business stakeholders.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable products or service solutions.
• Conduct sales presentations and clearly communicate value propositions and commercial benefits.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales related documents when required.
• Support negotiations and follow up on opportunities until successful closure.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline progress.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure effective client service and support.
• Share market insights, customer feedback, and competitor updates with management.
Candidate Profile
• Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in B2B sales is mandatory.
• Experience in corporate sales, business development, client servicing, institutional sales, or solution based sales will be an added advantage.
• Candidates from any industry may apply, provided they have strong B2B sales exposure.
• Professional qualification in Marketing, Sales, Business Management, or a related field will be preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Strong prospecting, lead generation, follow up, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Confident, target oriented, and eager to grow in a B2B sales environment.
• Good presentation skills with the ability to engage corporate customers professionally.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with internal teams.
