Power Hands Plantation, a leader in the Industrial, Manufacturing & Production sector, is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. We are looking for an experienced professional with a proven track record in driving sales growth, fostering strong client relationships, and expanding market presence within the industrial and manufacturing landscape. This role is crucial for achieving our ambitious sales targets and contributing to the company's continued success.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales quotas.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding the client base in the industrial sector.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential growth areas.
- Prepare and present compelling sales proposals and negotiate contracts effectively.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts, reports, and market feedback to management.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer satisfaction and service delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of progressive sales experience, preferably within the industrial, manufacturing, or plantation industry.
- Demonstrated success in achieving and surpassing sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the sales cycle and customer relationship management principles.
- Excellent command of English language, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in using MS Office Suite.
- Valid Sri Lankan driving license is essential.
