Store/ Warehouse Executive (V667YX86)

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Store / Warehouse Executive to plan, organize, and supervise all warehouse and store-related operations. This role is responsible for managing inbound materials, storage, inventory control, and dispatch operations while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, compliance, and uninterrupted material flow to production and finished goods distribution.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory Management

• Maintain accurate inventory levels of raw materials, consumables, spare parts, packaging materials, and finished goods.
• Implement, monitor, and improve inventory control procedures.
• Conduct periodic cycle counts and full stock audits; investigate and reconcile variances.
• Ensure real-time and accurate stock updates in ERP / SAP systems.

Warehouse Operations

• Oversee receiving, unloading, inspection, storage, and issuance of materials.
• Develop and enforce proper storage procedures to ensure safety, accessibility, and optimal space utilization.
• Supervise picking, packing, staging, and dispatch activities.
• Ensure timely issuance of materials to production in line with daily production plans.

Store Management

• Maintain accurate documentation including GRNs, MRNs, issue vouchers, and dispatch records.
• Ensure secure storage of sensitive items such as hazardous materials and high-value components.
• Manage reorder levels and coordinate timely purchase requisitions with procurement teams.
• Maintain calibration records and consumables tracking for tools and equipment.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Diploma in Warehouse / Materials Management will be an added advantage.
• 2-3 years of experience in store or warehouse management, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on experience working with ERP / SAP systems and strong proficiency in MS Excel.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage teams, meet deadlines, and maintain high accuracy under pressure.
