Neo Tourism™ is expanding, and we are looking for young, energetic, and ambitious Travel Advisors to join our growing team.

We are looking for candidates with 1–3 years of travel industry experience, strong English communication skills, and the confidence to handle UK-based customers professionally.

Requirements

• 1–3 years’ experience in the travel industry preferred
• Experience using Amadeus GDS will be highly valued
• Experience with any GDS system will be an added advantage
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Prior telesales, call centre, or customer service experience will be useful
• Ability to work with minimum supervision
• Strong sales mindset and positive attitude
• Young, enthusiastic, and eager to grow
• Candidates within 10KM of Kahathuduwa will be preferred
• Must be willing to work in a hybrid system — both physically and from home when required
