We are looking for Senior Audit Lead to join our Finance & Accounting Unit

This opportunity is uniquely positioned for the Australian Region.

Location of Opportunity: Colombo (Hybrid Work Available)

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality financial reporting, tax compliance, and advisory services to a diverse client portfolio.
Leverage Google Workspace (Sheets, Drive, Docs) for efficient workflow automation and data analysis.
Implement AI tools for process optimization and integrate with Karbon practice management to streamline client engagements.
Collaborate with partners on business development and client strategy.

What We're Looking For:

Chartered Accountants or Certified Practising Accountants - Australia
3-4 years' post-qualification experience in Audit, Tax, or Advisory at Deloitte, PwC, EY, or KPMG.
Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets (advanced formulas, scripting, dashboards), Google Drive, and related tools.
Hands-on experience with AI applications (e.g., ChatGPT, automation bots) and Karbon practice management software.
Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset.
