Job Description
Key Responsibilities
IT Procurement Management
- Manage end-to-end procurement for IT hardware, software, cloud services, licenses, systems integration, and support contracts
- Oversee procurement for enterprise-scale IT projects and operational technology requirements
- Ensure timely sourcing and delivery aligned with project timelines
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Work closely with IT, Network, Digital, Finance, and Legal teams to support procurement needs
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand technical and commercial requirements
Supplier Sourcing & Contracting
- Conduct supplier sourcing, RFP/RFQ processes, and bid management
- Perform technical-commercial evaluations and vendor comparisons
- Lead negotiations and finalize commercial contracts and agreements
AMC & Vendor Performance Management
- Manage Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) and maintenance agreements
- Ensure SLA compliance, renewals, and vendor performance reviews
- Build strong relationships with strategic technology vendors
Governance & Compliance
- Ensure procurements align with budgets, internal controls, audit standards, and governance frameworks
- Maintain compliance with information security and procurement policies
- Manage approval workflows and accurate procurement documentation
Cost Optimization & Strategic Sourcing
- Drive cost savings through vendor consolidation and renegotiations
- Support long-term sourcing strategies and procurement efficiency initiatives.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's Degree in IT, Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Management, or related field
- Minimum 4–6 years of experience in IT procurement, preferably within telecommunications, technology services, or large corporates
- Strong exposure to IT projects, maintenance contracts, and AMCs
Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of IT procurement and sourcing strategies
- Good understanding of technical requirements and enterprise systems
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Excellent analytical and commercial evaluation skills
- Strong contract management and documentation abilities
- Familiarity with governance, risk, and compliance frameworks
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and structured environment
