Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all daily operations of the assigned branch
• Drive branch sales targets and investor acquisition goals
• Build and maintain strong client and partner relationships within the branch territory
• Represent Golden Agro Ventures professionally within the local community

Requirements:

• Sound academic qualification
• Strong leadership presence with ability to manage and inspire a team
• Demonstrated success in sales target achievement or operations management
• Excellent client relationship and communication skills
• Fluent in Sinhala and/or Tamil (English an advantage)

Salary: Rs. 220,000 – 325,000 with added benefits
