Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage potential investors and partners for Golden Agro Ventures programmes
• Build and maintain a strong personal network of active clients and referrals
• Meet and exceed individual monthly sales and acquisition targets
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and pipeline activity
• Represent Golden Agro Ventures professionally in the field and at events

Requirements:

• Sound academic qualification
• Strong communication and persuasion skills in Sinhala and/or Tamil
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and hungry to earn
• Ability to build trust and long‑term client relationships
• Comfortable working independently in the field
• Basic smartphone and computer literacy

Salary: Rs. 95,000 – 245,000 with added benefits
