Requirements:

1. Knowledge in 3D modeling & rendering
2. Proficiency in SketchUp & Lumion; ability to render photo‑realistic interior & exterior images
3. Knowledge in Illustrator, Photoshop & video editing
4. Understanding of architectural drawings & details
5. Age below 30 years
